I will have a fix for this by the time I land. The issue is test non determinism. I will increase the number of passes (decreases failure rate to about 1%) and also allow the test to pass on up to two failures as long as we get a success eventually.
This will still be fast with 99% success in one try and about 1% in two but it should still catch hard failures.
