The dimension of 'triDiag' matrix in LanczosState  and  the 'desiredRank' in 
LanczosSolver was inconsistent.
It caused the LanczosSolver set the element with index which is out of bound of 
triDiag.
Should it be the LanczosSolver use the dimension of matrix in LanczosState  as 
desiredRank to avoid using incorrectly this solver?
