Took a first cut by correcting the invocation by replacing with current cvb
algorithm with input parms, also added some of the optional parameters for the
invocation of the ldatopics, please take a look, I had some other questions:
1) Were there a new list of papers that were referenced when implementing the
cvb algorithm for LDA, if so where would I find these
2) Is the build-reuters example still valid as specified on the wiki, I will
try this out just for testing as well.
3) Should I put an explanation of the CVB algorithm into the wiki?
