/user/oozie/mahout/z3/kmeansCopy/clusters/part-randomSeed. Check your -c 
argument.

while all of your input/output/temp paths, all read as /user/hdfs/new1.  Could 
you check that again?

"No input clusters found in" error is not from seq2sparse, but should be from 
kmeans. That error message is seen when clustering and not during tfidf
