updating Solr Recommender to 0.9-SNAPSHOT

Sebastian,

The cross-action and solr recommender have jobs derived from RecommenderJob and 
PreparePreferenceMatrixJob. If you could change the class ToItemVectorsReducer 
to public --> "public class ToItemVectorsReducer" I wouldn't have to modify 
Mahout to compile. I'll file an issue too.
