If I understand well http://www.apache.org/dev/cms.html#confluence-phaseout , http://www.apache.org/dev/project-site.html and http://www.dankulp.com/blog/2012/03/svnpubsub-for-confluence-sites/ we should be migrating away from Confluence to svnpubsub and optionally to Apache CMS.
