Ravi,
there is an elaborate history to do with how the wiki is built. There are
multiple views of pages and all kinds of strangeness.
I sadly don't remember more than that there is strangeness.
So fixing this problem (and it is a really big problem) is going to require
some dredging through the history of the mahout mailing lists. One good way to
do this is to use google searches like this:

site:mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/mahout-user confluence
{code}
This lets you tell google to restrict the search to the apache archives for the
mahout-user list and to add the query "confluence" to that. Once you find a
result, you can click on the thread to find out what other people have said.
