If others agree I'd propose that we then better make a request to INFRA (see
http://www.apache.org/dev/release-publishing#distribution_dist ) to initialize
mahout release and dev dist svnpubsub repositories at
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/.
Once mahout dist release repository is initialized, we'll be able to remove and
commit removal of old releases. We should then update release process wiki
entry, replace downloading to /www/www.apache.org/dist/mahout/ step with
appropriate actions on new mahout dist release repository (checkout, removal of
old releases, adding new releases, committing those changes),
