As for sending updates: If I'm right in assuming that you also needed to make
changes to the template I see no easy way to submit these through the CMS
itself. I think best would be to create a patch from the root of your
subversion checkout and attach that to the jira issue I'm currently commenting
on. Then ppl with commit access can take that up, apply it and commit it.
