Submitting a patch that fixes this issue (sans any unit tests, will add those
later today).
This patch also fixes :-
a) "distance-squared" is now "distance"
b) Fix for Mahout-1030 only handles the MR mode, this patch takes care of the
Sequential mode.
Please give this a try and looking forward to feedback.
