This should finish up M-1502. changed https:// to http:// for 20 newsgroups
and seq2sparse references. removed link to wikipedia-bayes-example.
I just noticed going through the CLI options the very minor issue of setting
the ALPHA_I parameter (which i left out of this doc). see MAHOUT-1531.
