I've updated the Naive Bayes commands to the new Bayes. Also put in a full
walk through of the commands from the example script to build a NB Model from
the command line. I made a few other additions re: standalone hadoop.
I also tried to reformat the confusion matrix to fit the screen- I have a
feeling that its not going to make it though and will need to be reformatted.
