There are few projects left (if any) which attempt to do machine learning using
Hadoop map-reduce.
That said, your project can always find a home on github. Or you can try
porting it to the new Mahout DSL that is being developed. Other projects like
h2o (https://github.com/0xdata/h2o) might also welcome a contribution.
