Doesn't look like my workarounds pass the tests:
```scala
private[common] def w2bytes(w: Writable) =
Arrays.copyOf(w.asInstanceOf[BytesWritable].getBytes(),
w.asInstanceOf[BytesWritable].getLength())
```
should be ok but:
```scala
.filter { s => !s.getPath.getName.startsWith("\\.") && !s.isDir}
```
doesn't work in DRM DFS test:
