The correct command is:
mahout with hadoop 2.1.0-SNAPSHOT:
mvn clean package -Dhadoop.profile=200 -Dhadoop2.version=2.1.0-SNAPSHOT
-Dhbase.version=0.95.0
Note: the hadoop parameter is hadoop2.version....not hadoop.2.version
