Dear everyone, I have analyzed the code of mahout in and out and i feel that this platform can be extended to python easily since spark is available in python.
Its possible to implement Scala like DSL in python since many other developers in other projects have done the same. most notable being scipy.org. I am new to mahout developer community and still not a committer... I want to know what is the proper way to start it. Should i start a new branch on my own and later when i am done with it send you a pull request or there is any more formal procedure? I want to create a workable prototype for the same. Vibhanshu
