kmeans exception

Hi All,
I am trying to run the following command:

getting the following exception:
IllegalStateException: No input clusters found in 
hdfs://master:54310/user/netlog/upload/output4/uscensus-kmeans-centroids/part-randomSeed.
 Check your -c argument.
