Following Mahout 0.9 release and the subsequent migration of the project to
svnpubsub, Infra inadvertently blew out all of Mahout releases for a day or so.

We were not maintaining the hashes for Mahout-collections-1.0 under version
control and hence lost them for good. We'll be regenerating hashes again as
part of next release planned for April 2015.

control and hence lost them for good. I am not sure if Mahout-collections is
needed anymore but I need to conform that. Regardless this issue will be
addressed in next release planned for April 2015.
