Sorry wasn't clear enough I guess. The poms are incomplete or messed up. For
instance the scaladocs are not created with the javadocs even locally and
artifacts are not created properly for the release project. Needs to be done
before release. Not sure if you are the one to assign it, so feel free to pass
it on.
