-----------------------------------------------------------------

I've added a first edit of a page for d-QR:
http://mahout.apache.org/users/algorithms/d-qr.html

Rather than try to explain it myself, I just copied the algorithm description
word for word from [~dlyubimov]'s Manual. If this looks good, I'll use
basically the same template for dssvd, dals, etc. I think that its good to
have more of this stuff on the site and not just in the pdf manual.

I think having the actual code on the page serves a dual purpose of explaining
the algorithm and highlighting what the new algebra code is all about.

I don't like the sentence:

"Mahout `dqrThin(...)` is implemented in the mahout `math-scala` algebraic
optimizer which translates Mahout's R-like linear algebra operators into a
physical plan for both Spark and H2O distributed engines."

at all - I'm not even sure that's a sentence. Any feedback is appreciated.

I've added a first edit of a page for d-QR:
http://mahout.apache.org/users/algorithms/d-qr.html currently left it under the
spark tab but (temporarily staging there so that i could get feedback on it).
If this looks good, will move it to the "algorithms" tab when I rearrange the
tabs. (rearranged everything on the back end already- just getting a few more
docs together before i move the tabs)
