Can this feature be tested on CI? Jenkins agents can be labeled with OS, and
one can configure that a given build job can run only on agents with given
label. I'm just curious if Apache Jenkins installation has Windows agents.
I think I read somewhere recently that it is possible to get from MS Windows
licenses (or was it VMs) for free? for this kind of purpose.
Point is, if we cannot automatically check/test given feature, and nobody can
support it, then we should drop it.
