The term “quickstart” is a bit disingenuous and kind of funny when you get to the page. Can we rename the old and do a new one that shows how to launch the shell and a driver?
Otherwise the menubar seem fine. On Apr 1, 2015, at 11:30 AM, Andrew Palumbo <[email protected]> wrote: I'm trying to figure out what to to with everything in the "Basics" menu on the site's nav Bar. This menu is all for mapreduce pages ie. Quick Start, Creating vectors from text, collocations, SVD(MR), SSVD(MR), LDA. My thought is to simply change it to "MapReduce Basics" and move it between "algorithms" and "MapReduce". I'll need to remove the "Home" link to make it fit. simply put: presently we have: Home | General | Developers | Basics | Mahout Environment | Algorithms | Mahout MapReduce | proposed change: General | Developers | Mahout Environment | Algorithms | MapReduce Basics | Mahout MapReduce | Does this sound ok?
