This is a nice job.
i keep forgetting what was pushed and what was private... but i think it may be
in public -- all decompositions (disctributed and local) also require
org.apache.mahout.math.decompositions._ now . That is relevant to in-core
versions -- qr(), ssvd(), svd(), chol() and spca().
