I think that the consensus regarding this issue has been to get the Framework
in place for 0.13.0 and A K-means/Sketching, GLM w pluggable solvers, and one
each of every other class of algos.. Random Forest would be great.
[~rawkintrevo],[~smarthi],[~andrew.musselman] We've been chating on slack about
this, do you agree with releasing the framework in 0.13, and whichever algos
that we have, and then focusing on algos during 0.13.x bugfixes, and in prep
for 0.14.0 whichn will be the "Algorithms" release.
