Andrew Palumbo resolved MAHOUT-1664.

Resolution: Won't Fix
We've discussed at length getting out of the ETL business, The Consensus seems
to be that we will leave things like Tokenizing, and vectorizing to other
projects (user's choice)
Closing as Won't fix.
