[~rawkintrevo] trying to understand this, are you asking to implement this
algorithm in R from scratch and provide a unit test, I see this implementation
existing already:
http://svitsrv25.epfl.ch/R-doc/library/car/html/durbin.watson.html, can we not
just call into this library and include it as part of any implementation, some
clarification would be great.
