Users of Scala 2.11

Hi all,

Mahout has hit a bit of a bump in releasing a Scala 2.11 version. I was
able to build 0.13.0 for Scala 2.11 and have published it on github as a
Maven compatible repo. I’m also using it from SBT.

If anyone wants access let me know.
