Per our weekly hangout here's the plan for the 0.14 release:

Anyone able to help testing before and after merging branch-0.14.0 into
master, and testing release candidates, we'll use the hangout link for
release chatter as needed; hop on slack or mail the list if you need
someone.

I'll be doing a merge dry run and testing on spark locally, and knocking of
the remaining bugs; if you want to grab one please be my guest:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=80&projectKey=MAHOUT&view=detail&selectedIssue=MAHOUT-2054

We'll be merging over the weekend and shooting for a release Sunday/Monday.

Thanks!
