Hiya @niallkp thanks again for the contribution! Could you speak more on what is going on here and #490 they seem to be related, but it's hard to see what happening in the githubUI. Further, they're both marked as `WIP` (and again, I can't really see what is going on, so I can't tell if it is or not).
