[I] Website Version Hidden and Table Overflow on Mobile Devices [mahout]

   ### Description  
   The Mahout website has display issues on mobile devices:
   
   The version information is not visible on mobile.
   The Core Committers table overflows instead of having its own scrollbar, 
causing layout issues.
     
   ### Steps to Reproduce  
   1. Open mahout website on mobile or toggle device toolbar on desktop 
browser. 
     
   ### Expected Behavior  
   The version should show on mobile devices. The table should have it's own 
scrollbar.  
     
   ### Actual Behavior  
   The current version is not visible on mobile devices.
