It looks like SharePoint 2010 disabled the ability to list the _vti_bin
directory. But you still should see the services under it. For example:
http://www.wssdemo.com/_vti_bin/Lists.asmx
http://www.wssdemo.com/_vti_bin/Webs.asmx
http://www.wssdemo.com/_vti_bin/Permissions.asmx
It's possible that the problem is simply that the wsdls you have downloaded are
out of date; try "ant make-deps" to re-download them from the wssdemo site,
which has been updated now to SharePoint 2010, I believe.
