If you haven't picked up a ManifoldCF build since 0.4-incubating, you may need
to reread the how-to-build-and-deploy page, because there have been a number of
changes. As always, you will need to supply lapi.jar yourself - and also you
will need to uncomment two lines in the connectors.xml file if you aren't
building from source yourself.
If you *are* building from source, you will need to go to
dist/example-proprietary to find the example with all the proprietary software
included.
