The ImportConfiguration and ExportConfiguration tools do now support the
following optional argument: <passcode>. If a passcode is entered, the zipped
file will be encrypted/decrypted by using the AES algorithm (128 bit). In order
to use this functionality, one needs to place the following property in
properties.xml:
