Hm, it seems that Resin manages to restore the three applications even
though I delete the three war files and the path where they are built.
This makes it a little bit more difficult to test.
I haven't restarted Resin, only the instance where MCF is running since
other applications are running on the same server. I have asked someone
with better server skills and Resin knowledge.
