I realized that this broken pipe error occurred not only in Solr 4.0 but also 
in Solr 3.6. 
Also a broken pipe error didn't occur at the first time of MCF' start up, 
and this error occurred when I repeated re-ingest documents since second time.
Does the problem really seems to be on the Solr side?
