SolrJ 4.0.0 goes with ZooKeeper 3.3.6, yes. And SolrJ 4.1.0 goes with
ZooKeeper 3.4.5. Your checkin makes ManifoldCF download SolrJ 4.1.0 and
ZooKeeper 3.4.5, so that is fine.
I trust that Solr 4.1.0 works fine if you point it at a ZooKeeper 3.4.5
instance. But I also understand that Solr 4.0.0 will not start if you point it
at a Zookeeper 3.4.5 instance. I think this is OK too, though, because
SolrCloud 4.1.0 is better. But we should document this restriction.
