Yes, Resin alone seems to handle Expect: 100-continue correctly. The remaining
component I have to test before I make a conclusion is mod_caucho. I had some
problems to compile it on OS X yesterday, so I have continued on Linux.
Hopefully I will finish these test today and will report thereafter.
