The exception is just a missing translation, which I need to fix but doesn't
interfere with operation of the UI or anything else. So that is not the cause
of the blank screen.
This error indicates that auth failed:
ERROR 2013-03-21 13:53:43,466 (qtp2053521084-235) - Livelink: Failed to
authenticate for document access against Livelink HTTP Server; Status code: 401
But, that should NOT have given you a blank screen. Is there another exception
you aren't showing me?
