By not setting the Domain to "MITLL", you are not enabling NTLM auth. So
please try this:
- change the Server NTLM user name to just "svcLISADEVWebService"
- set the Server NTLM Domain to "MITLL"
... and try again.
The NTLM user name I construct is the user@domain variety, so that will be a
difference - but let's see if that matters; I can easily fix it if it does.
