I have explained the problem in detail for my colleague who will get back to work tomorrow when I'm leaving Norway. Unfortunately I don't think I will bring with me my laptop to US since I want to carry as little as possible, only my iPad, so it will be difficult to work more on this issue from tomorrow. I'll be back on Monday next week.
