There are lots of different HTTP configurations the LiveLink connector does not
support. There is instead a LAPI method called FetchVersion, which allows a
document to be downloaded to an output stream, as follows:

int volumeID,
int objectID,
int versionNum,
java.io.OutputStream outStream)
{code}
This would be better than HTTP for most situations, since it would require far
less configuration, etc. Essentially the whole of the "ingest" configuration
could go away - or, at least, be optional.
