There has been no trunk refactoring - but there WAS extensive refactoring of these two connectors. Unfortunately there has been only limited ability for the team to test the changes to the connectors in any substantive way.
If you can look at the manifoldcf.log file and post any exceptions, I would be happy to work out fixes.
