The REPOHISTORY table goes uncontrollably large and as such when using HSQLDB
the data file grows enormously to easily over a 100GB for crawling just a few
thousand content over a month, till I manually TRUNCATE the REPOHISTORY table.
Ideally it would be nice to be able to set a limit on the REPOHISTORY table and
also be able to purge it
