Hi Eranda,
The login page shows up when your session expires. So all you have to do is
restart ManifoldCF and go to http://localhost:8345/mcf-crawler-ui and you
should see it.
The <nobr> tags are intended, as are the <br>. They are there to prevent the
browser from breaking up fields improperly. Can you work around that?
