Tried it again. It seems that mvn set:versions fails silently for a good chunk of the modules under "tests". This is definitely going to complicate our release process.
I'll withdraw the candidate. Any suggestions about what is wrong with Maven here are welcome. Otherwise I will need to update all the poms by hand, or write a python script to do it.
