Karl Wright commented on CONNECTORS-850:
----------------------------------------

Hi Florian,

It is possible, but job configuration for the web connector is already pretty
complicated, so let's see if we can't just come up with a more minimal feature.
If last-modified is the only field that tends to behave this way, I'd simply
consider adding a checkbox to either include or exclude it in the metadata.

If this sounds reasonable, could you create a separate ticket to cover the
enhancement?

Thanks.

> Currently, the dynamic crawling method used for a continuous job extends the
> reseed and recrawl intervals when no changes are found in a checked document.
> However, it should be possible to restrict this extension to a maximum value
> in order to make sure that new documents are discovered within a certain
> interval.
