After this we need to clean up *txt files : CHANGES.txt
DEPENDENCIES.txt LICENSE.txt NOTICE.txt
README.txt
There are two copies of these files today in trunk.
1) under /trunk/*.txt
2) under /trunk/mcf/*.txt
It seems that content of /trunk/mcf/README.txt is the most up to date one.
