The only link that will work is the following:

https://id.apache.org/reset/enter

You will receive an encrypted email which you will need to decrypt using
your private key (the one that is paired with your public key that is
hopefully included in the KEYS file).  You CANNOT simply update your
password; the old password won't be recognized.

If you don't have a public/private key pair, with the public key registered
with Apache, I'm not sure how you should fix this.  I suggest contacting
infra via IRC:
