bq. In order to get that far, I needed to update jetty AND servlet-api.jar But
it clearly didn't help.
Also, servlet-api.jar I now get from javax.servlet, which has a joint CDDL +
GPLv2.0 license, so if we make this change we'll also need to update the
license text according to: https://www.apache.org/legal/3party.html
