Thank you for checking patch. I will send you update as soon as possble.
About (1) - I remove it.
About (2) - I checked license and there are Apache 2.0 / LGPL / MIT style
license.
About (3) - oops, i remove it.
About (4) - I did not make any change. My code go something wrong. I reverte it.
About (5) - there are two limitation for id. You cannot use multi-byte
characters. And id Can be up to 64 characters. Do you have any good idea to
generate id from document URI ?
